Analysis of the project success factor through time, cost, labour, health, safety, environment and quality aspects at PT XYZ

This study aims to analyze the failure factors of PT. XYZ in 2018 – 2020 terms time, cost, labor, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), quality based on Success Project Factor (SPF). It includes 183 projects with Non-Probability Sampling technique. The researcher uses fishbone Pareto identify problems. results showed Schedule Performance Index (SPI) 1 indicated project is late category, Cost (CPI) cost overrun, Safety (SFPI) 0 K3 target could not be reached, Client Satisfaction (CSI) = 34.03, that it dissatisfied then Productivity Coefficient Plan Realization, meant workforce was less productive. After analysis Pareto, data show highest cause 13% due lack supervision, aspects were delays, HSE aspect no process before work begins, 17% training, labor poor worker discipline.
